INSTN, the National Institute for Nuclear Energy and Technology, is a higher and continuing education institution, managed by the CEA (French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission). INSTN is located on five sites in France (Cadarache, Cherbourg, Grenoble, Marcoule, Saclay). It has been delivering highly specific education programs and continuing professional development courses since near 70 years, from operator to engineer, in the fields of nuclear energy, new energy technologies and health technologies in France and abroad. INSTN is an IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) collaborating centre for the period 2021-2025, and a member of the Conférence des grandes écoles, a French association for science and engineering schools.
